ABOUT ME AND MY STYLE

The single most important philosophy I have developed over the years is to treat my clients in a manner in which I desire to be treated.  The strength of this value system is reflected in the honesty, integrity, determination, patience and commitment I provide.   By offering this pledge, I can proudly say the majority of my business truly comes from past clients, their referrals and a solid network of good friends. 

Having relocated from North Carolina in 1980, I have found San Diego to be an incredibly wonderful place to live.  I enjoy sharing this enthusiasm with anyone visiting or anticipating a relocation to this area.

My real estate career began with Coldwell Banker in 1988 and has been very rewarding over the years. Additionally, a sales and marketing background prior to real estate have brought considerable experience to providing the best service for my clients.  I do understand what it is to be the first time home buying, doing a remodel, investing in rental property and just enjoying the pride of ownership we all tend to value so much.

Having lived in the San Diego Metropolitan area for more than 20 years, I offer sellers and buyers an excellent understanding of many wonderful neighborhoods such as: Downtown, Mission Valley, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, North Park, South Park/Golden Hill, University Heights, Normal Heights, Kensington, the College Area, Point Loma and Clairemont……or just about any location in San Diego County!

Combined with my experience and the strength of Coldwell Banker, we can make those dreams come true.  My approach is direct, effective and goal oriented.  My communication is professional and timely.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Some personal notes:

I am a native of North Carolina where most of my family still resides.

My alma mater is the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I obtained an A.B. degree in political science.

I believe in charitable giving whether it be in financial terms or in terms of time commitment to support those less fortunate than ourselves.   I am a previous board member of the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation.
